Hi Ashley, you need to bo to your tools menu and choose setup, and from
there choose the proxies tab.  You will see that by default, it is set to
direct connect, no proxy.  You need to change that to public proxy, and
then press the refresh list button.  There will be well over 100 proxies
to choose from, so if it doesn't work the first time you choose one, try
another!
