Will purchase the speech board and computer cable for programming the radio

You get radio, microphone, ; power cord and microphone.  You'd need the 
optional speech board, a power supply if you don't have one, probably 12 
amp or so, and of corse an antenna.  It is the best dual bander I've 
ever owned as far as accessibility.
