Hi
     I was talking to some of my friends (sighted) and the topic of scanners came up. It turns out that they may be wanting to buy a hand held scanner. So often this is a first step in to becoming hams that I am very encouraged. The one thing I do wonder is what brand and mottle of hand held scanner is a good one with out breaking the bank?
