Hey Bob,

If you're using M$ Internet Exploiter or Netscape, you should be able to access the upgrade form on the FCC Web site. I did it with JAWS and with Window-Eyes all by myself. (LOL) Naturally, it's a government form and thus not exactly straightforward, but renewal should be fairly straightforward. Go to
http://www.fcc.gov/wtb/uls
and go to the online filing section. You'll need either your tax ID
and password, or your FRN...which is available on QRZ.com (I just
checked). Anywho, in the bit where you select the action you want to
take, selecting renewal should work. ...

Alternatively, W5YI provides an update service where they'll do your
update for $6. Unfortunately, ARRL doesn't have an online form to do
this...wish they did, it'd be a nice membership benie.
