Apparently there is a way to do it, because my friend has it on all the
time. But apparently that method is not accessible to us, because it is
contained within a utilities menu that someone selected for her with the
mouse. But at least a session by session method is a way for us to use the
BCC feature in Microsoft Outlook. But I wish there was a version of Outlook
Express that worked in Windows 7 and above.
