Hi all!

Wanted to thank Jose and David for connecting me with the developer of this
application.

Fortunately, most folks aren't likely to experience the problem I did
getting it going, but Tony is a super gent to work with, and I've now got
the application doing most of what it should.

I won't go into detail here about the problem I was having because it is a
bit unique, and because it wasn't related to the application.

The main thing I wanted from it was to have verification of when I am
transmitting on Echolink, and in an unexpected way, I have achieved that.

The application includes a TX/RX toggle, and I've observed getting
percentage announcements from Jaws when transmitting, so while I don't
believe the documentation warns of the possibility, it actually functions to
provide the goal I wanted.

While I find the output from Echoshack to be useful coming from sapi, I will
not put Jaws into sleep mode for the application because I still need it to
navigate the programme, as well as getting my transmit feedback as mentioned
earlier.

There's more here that I haven't explored, but as far as I have gone, I'm
quite pleased with this free little application. It clearly does add more
accessibility to Echolink, and that is a lot of what the doctor ordered.

73,
Dave
