I'm not going to argue the legal points.  I really don't get it, every 
time some one mentions remote control, opening up a radio, or whatever 
on an internet list, someone jumps and starts wondering about legal 
issues.  I don't see how using my neighbor's router gives me any less 
control  Do you have any idea how many routers abnd servers the Internet 
connection goes through before it gbets to Kansas?  Bottom line is it 
will be at my house, my radio and antenna, and I really don't think it 
matters how Internet gets there.  Honestly, even if it wasn't strictly 
legal, I really wouldn't care.
