Does this tunner have a bypass position?  Does it only have one control or
switch?  Also, can you get reasonably close by listening to the background
noise/?  I see the same problem with my 2000.  It won't tune the 5 meg
channels, even on my b and w broad band antenna which hasx a fairly good
swr there.
