Hi Walt,

They apparently don't have an 800 number.  Their number in San Francisco is:

(415)431-1481 and ask for the lighthouse store.  They are now apparently open Monday thru Thursday and not on Fridays.

Sorry I can't be of more help.  I'm not even sure they carry that particular clock anymore as I've had it since sometime in the 1990s.

If you ever saw the talking clock which radio shack once sold, it looks very much like that one.
