Speaking of calling CQ, using JJRadio, I call CQ with PF8 on the PC, while 
shift-PF8 sends a QRL?  Did you know that JJRadio can send CW messages with 
your key sequence of choice?  You still have to use your rig's 
record/playback function to send phone recordings.
