Jim:

Upon further thought, if you don't currently have an HF rig, I'm not sure 
how Phil Whitehouse's keyer would interface with a set of paddles, since you 
need something to actually generate the CW characters, but Phil may have 
some ideas.

I'll be curious as to what you find out.
