Hi Chad, Echo Link is extremely accessible, especially in Explorer view. 
I have a simplex node on 446.525 here in apache Junction, about 35 miles
east of Phoenix and I was able to set it up with no sighted assistance. 
I use Window-Eyes, but I suspect it is just as accessible with the other
screenreaders!
