Yeah, but you have to watch System Access and its parent company Serotek.  Several of us bought their netbook computer at the recent ACB convention, but one little minor thing they left out was that we purchased a refurbished computer.  We didn't see that until we received the shipping confirmation email.  They clearly implied that we were getting a new one out of the box.
