Thanks to all for the info.  I will follow up with the NFB and a few other
places to see if any of these voice multimeters are still available.
Unfortunately my Radio Shack unit has had it.

As I recall I got the same meter, later on the NFB store website from
Bestbuy in Canada.  That's long ago so this may well be worthless.  I don't
recall there being an easy way to get this meter.  Long ago Radio Shack
sold a talking multimeter, which I still have one of.  They may show up on
the sell websites.
