Dave:

The hole in my Executive Products case doesn't quite match the location of
the headphone jack, and the edges around the hole seem too thick for the
plug to be inserted completely.

I have thought of somehow trying to modify the hole, but am a bit hesitant
to do so, for fear of damaging the case.

And, yes, it is the case for the second-gen unit.

Will take another look, though.

Hi Tom!

Odd that you can't plug headphones in with that case closed. I don't have
the problem. However I can't remove the card if the case is closed. The
access hole in the case doesn't quite match there.

Dave
