HRD does have a PSK31 sub program that comes with it.
Totally unscreen reader friendly though from my experience.
Digipan is usable if you are willing to mess around with it long enough and
put up with the jibberish excetra...digitalk worked great when it did work
for me, but with some xp updates, it became unusable.
