Alan Ackley in Iowa does an outstanding job.

His prices may have changed in the last couple years, but here is his
contact info
Never ship a brailler in the hard-sided case. Handling in the mail
could knock the end out. Just pack it in a good cardboard carton with
wadded paper or whatever. I will return it to you in a new factory
carton with the styrofoam inserts. My work--I completely reassemble and
clean the brailler--costs just $65. Parts are in addition and are
usually pretty minor, like the spacebar spring would be only 72 cents.
Unless the whole assembly is required, and that would cost about $15.
The new carton will be $10 and I ship by UPS.

I look forward to helping you.

Regards,
Alan Ackley
