Hi Rick,
The ldg tw1 can still be obtained from w4rt electronics in Huntsville, AL.

LDG stopped making these talking watt meters but w4rt seems to have a good 
supply of the hf and vhf ones still left.

I bought mine last November.

For another antenna solution you might want to check out the various models 
made by Traveler Antenna of Tennessee.

The tw20`10 for 20 meters on up has gotten rave reviews on Eham.

They also make models for 40 and 80 meters.

I live in an apartment in Sacramento and am seriously considering these for 
installment and quick deployment on my balcony.
