Just to be sure, I went to the active elements web site, and downloaded the 
latest N3FJP wave files as you suggested.

I then copied them into the N3FJP Pennsylvania QSO Paarty program files 
folder, and got exactly the same result as I had gotten before.

Specifically, even though I have enabled all fields for voice navigation, 
the only wave files that play when tabbing through the data fields are those 
for the call and points fields.

The county and serial number fields still do not play.

Again, this is not something that will keep me from doing the contest, but 
it is an oddity I'm trying to understand.

As I think I said in an earlier post, I've made Scott aware of this issue 
with the Pennsylvania QSO Party logging software, so if you decide to 
contact him about this issue, feel free to use my name.
