In jaws, insert f12 already will read the time. IF you want to change it to 
just f12, I've done it in the past, you need to go to the keyboard manager, 
insert+f2, then arrow down to keyboard manager and look for time. I think 
there's a shorter short cut but I can't remember it right now.
