I had great luck with him about a year ago when one of my older TMV7a's 
needed servicing.

I hope you get that rig fixed again real soon.

If you don't mind, I'd really like to know what the problem with the rig 
was, since I now own two TS480's, and always want to anticipate possible 
servicing issues.
