Subject: CCSW Answers&Questions2PreviousEmailsFromSumOfU!

First, Blessed CHRISTmas and Very Good 2016 To All On This List!!
Second, My computer is both doing weird things, and weirdly not
doing all
the things it's supposed to,
end result being that my ability to prove or disprove some of
this stuff, is
temporarily at least, somewhere between slim and none!
1, I just got off the phone with CCrane, where, Judy in ordering
department/doing double duty in customer service because of the
earliness of
the hour in CA, this morning, who said, re the CCSWP,
"If you bring that item up, in your computer, then you go all the
way down,
where you see description, send to friend, reviews, specs,
frequently asked
questions, downloads and manuals, videos.
In a box, Just below the manuals, you'll find audio instructions.

Then you can click on an arrow, and get the audio instructions."
2, Judy left a note for a customer service person to call me back
to let me
know on which of their units, such an audio instructions file
exists, and if
there's a charge for same, and as I get that info, I'll let you
know!
3, apparently, those instructs if downloaded are free?
Whereas if P-mailed out, from what I've gathered, there may be a
charge,
although I may have that wrong!!
4, I've owned 3, G E, SR1s,&2, SR3s, and have slightly used an
SR2;/none of
which I had in front of me when posting, Likely, all the SRs,
because of
their slightly thicker size, and likely larger speakers, all
sound somewhat
better than the CCSW, but the SRs provide an easy audio reference
point for
all of us:
5, Not sure any of the CC radios have a BFO,/clarifier for SSB.
6, I'd be more than willing to swap my CCSW, for an Icom FL-100
CW filter.
7, Pat I believe it is who has the CCSWP unit. If after hearing
the
instructs, if you still want rid of it, please let me know, and
when my
finances recover, and or if there's something I can swap you for
it, maybe
we can work something out!
**Got to go, Thanks to all of you for all you are and all you do
for all of
us!!
Danny Dyer, Wb4idu.
