You should get the weather channels, all ten of them, when you hit 4. If you don't get one, be sure you haven't cranked your B band all the way down when you adjusted your balance. Just so you're clear, it looks like the balance setting has five positions: B band all the way down, B band down a little from A band, both equally loud, A band a bit lower than B, and A band all the way down. Be sure that you don't have B turned all the way down when you adjusted it!
