Hi Chad,  Echolink is very accessible.  Please read the FAQ section on 
Echolink before you make any downloads.  Once you verify your callsign, it 
will be easy to run Echolink.  You will need to open ports 5189 and 5199. 
They will give you tips on how to do it.  Gary KB2YAA
