I have one of those drop-in chargers from Batteries America, but lost the
inside sleeve that holds the battery in place while in the charger.  My
repeated attempts to contact Batteries America to rectify this problem have
been futile.  So their support is not very good.

Kenwood doesn't make a drop-in rapid charger for the 6A but you can get 
one from Batteries America or WW Associates.
