If you can fine one Icom Ic-37A has a speech board. It only reads the
frequency however.

Subject: Accessible stuff for 222 MHz band?

Hi to all.

What is around that could be operated by a blind person for the 222 to 225
MHz band? I would prefer a mobile radio, but could use an HT and
amplifier if it was really necessary
