It has been discussed on this list before, I forget mfj number, but it 
is hampros ncs508, I think I paid around $80 and then had to buy the 
proper cable.  If I've saved any messages, I'll resend to the list.  It 
is a good sounding mik and you want the base switch, the right hand one 
with the mik right side up toward you or the front of the mik.
THe other switch for Kenwood is toward the back, that is the left hand 
switch.  and you use the left hand rj45 connector.
