You can select the option of adjusting the power out by 1 or 5 watt steps 
from the menus.  You will really like the ability to put the control head 
anywhere you want.
Their is a plastic cover on the front of the radio that hides three jacks, 
including the external speaker jack.  the 3.5 CM plug will only fit in one 
of the expozed jacks.
