Thanks for doing this, Curtis.

I'm traveling now, but will take a close look when I get back home with a
good internet connection.

the DAISY format makes it very easy to jump to sections, for example, "odd
repeater offsets," which are now needed. It is easy to navigate, because I
created it in such a way as to make the sections at level one, the
subsections at level 2, and the "steps" for programming, or keys of the
microphone, easily handled.
