Okay, so I admit that I do have TS590 Fever.

For those who can't see the screen of the above video, Kathleen says
it shows a male and female cartoon character talking at each other in
the living room. As will be obvious from the dialogue, neither is
listening to what the other is saying. Thus the description, talking
at, as opposed to talking with!
