To change modes, USB, LSB,  and so on,  it's the numbers 1 through 5, and I
think FSK is the 0. It does have memories, I never used them but I know it's
the bottom row of buttons under the number pad, next to the mic jack, I
think left enters in to memory, middle takes what's in memory and puts it in
the VFO and the right button is the actual memory button. I think you asked
something else but I forget what. I never needed sighted help with that
radio at all.
