Hi Ray, most of the repeaters on 2 meters use a 100 Hz tone, while most
440 MHz machines use 107.2.  Your best bets will probably:

146.76
145.33
146.64
146.92
147.14
147.16
147.18

On 440,
the best coverage machine I know about is:

442.50
