I haven't forgotten about describing what I would try with the 
conditions you described.

While putting those thoughts together, I recall that you mentioned 
possible access to two closeline poles.

Where are these two poles in relation to the 14 foot pole?

Knowing that information will help me determine whether or not either 
or both of them will be of any use.
