Your query about Hap JHolly rang a bell. I had, indeed, heard of him. I did
a quick google search and there's good info about his activities around ham
radio, including his producstion of a recorded product about ham radio.

I'm glad to hear his name mentioned.

Subject: OT - Anyone Ever Heard of a Ham Named "Hap Holly"?

Hi!

A friend of mine here in LA asked me if I ever heard of a blind ham named
"Hap Holly." Apparently, "Hap" was a renown blind ham operating out of the
Chicago area.
