I tried both, but I was able to get the problem solved over the phone.  I 
think the online problem may have been that a request to cancel the order 
had to be submitted the same day as the order.  The email was sent out at 
8-55 PM on May 8th, but I didn't see it until the next day.  So I had a 3 
hour and 5 minute window max to request it online.  But I think we got it 
done over the phone.
