you can change your subscription settings (i.e. unsubscribe yourself from
the list) by emailing the listserv software at saint john's university
directly:
<[log in to unmask]>

a list of commands is available by typing the word:
HELP
in the body of an emessage, and sending it to:
<[log in to unmask]>
(i'm also attaching a copy  to this emessage, for easier reference)

as for the spam, it managed to slip through maelstrom's otherwise excellent
spam filter, and i am investigated how the poster, who is not subscribed to
BLIND-DEV, was able to post to the list, which is supposed to be a
subscriber only privilege...

LISTSERV(R) version 1.8d - most commonly used commands

There are more commands; send an INFO REFCARD command for a comprehensive
reference card, or just INFO for a list of available documentation files.
