Hello all,

Just found an article in our paper (North County Times, 1/27/02 San Diego
county) telling about a class action lawsuit against the State of CA and
long list of others for non compliance with Olmstead.  This was just filed
in Alameda County court by Ellen Goldblatt of the CA Protection and
Advocacy.  It is about time.

Sorry I do not have more.
