Hello all,

At a meeting, a question came up for which no one had an answer. If you
can explain the answer, it would be appreciated.

The question or comment was: Certain PWD get In Home Support Services and
assistance with basic functions they can not perform and this is paid by
state/federal funding. (OLMSTEAD RULING?) (EXAMPLE) People who are blind
can not read their mail or do certain other things; but must find
relatives/neighbors/friends or pay others to do these things for them. This
was just an example, because there are other PWD who also need assistance
with some functions or activities and they too must get assistance however
they can and WITHOUT STATE OR FEDERAL FUNDS.

Discrimination???? What do you think??

PRESIDENT BUSH -- HERE IS SOMETHING FOR YOUR ADMINISTRATION TO PONDER.

Pete
