Not only accessibility of the filtering software itself, but how does the
filtering software affect the use of speech software?  Some antivirus
programs, for instance, regularly cause systems to lock up when combined
with speech screen reading software.  I second your questions.

Question:  Are the filtering software programs accessible?

With 508 here, shouldn't the Federal Government be calling for the
accessibility of the programs that they are in a way promoting and requiring
institutions to buy?
