Thanks for the information.  I found out that the application form currently
requires people to be blind in order to use the service.  I may contact the
Federation for the Blind to see if they'd be interested in broadening their
parameters for applicants.  First I need to do more homework.

I think we all need to work together to get more people "thinking outside
the box" on flexible uses of available technology.  I'm especially interested
in digital technologies using standard hardware and, potentially at least,
standard accessible software.
