Workshop #1    BARRIER FREE WEB DESIGN: Ramps to Information
10:00 AM -1:00 PM   FEE $25 (sign up for both workshops and Save $10)
Workshop presents principles of universal web page design.  The web
provides an opportunity to mainstream students with disabilities and
learners with different learning styles into the information age and
into distance learning.  The Workshop will provide a simple
introduction to principles that facilitate their full inclusion and
will be based on the guidelines of the Web Access Initiative of the
World Wide Web Consortium

Workshop #2    BARRIER FREE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
2:00 PM ?5:00 PM  FEE $25  (sign up for both workshops and Save $10)
  The focus of this workshop will be on adaptation to a school's
information and computer systems for students with disabilities. These
technologies are becoming common in all college courses.  However,
without providing access, the disabilities population will be denied.
We will provide an overview of how to address the issues for
administrators, Student services staff, instructional technology
staff, and others working with this population
