Hi,
Your best bet is to pay a human transcriber to translate the material to
text. From all the speech to text products I've tried, none are at a
quality where I'd recommend them for something like what you are
describing. You'll spend time editing the results of any automated
translation and can likely pay a qualified human transcriber and get equal
results for less money when all is said and done.
Dragon's Naturally Speaking Mobile is an interesting product. I have
several students using it with success but as I say they still have to edit
the results and it deals with just one person talking at a time i.e. no
shifting in the conversation.
