Hello, my name is Yvonne Singer and I have severe Cerebral Palsy. I am not a psychologist, or a private investigator. However, I am a
graduate student at Walden University.  This research study involves asking questions concerning career attitudes.  You will be asked to
complete a twenty minute survey. If you feel uncomfortable, feel free to discontinue at any time. However, there are not any negative
consequences that will result from this study. Your answers will be anonymous.  At the conclusion of this study, contact me at <A
