There's one big extra to all of this new Adobe stuff.  To make a
meaningful difference in the quality of the translation of the PDF file,
the PDF file must be what Adobe calls a tagged file.  They have a guide on
how to create such files on part of their accessibility web site
<http://access.adobe.com>.

Without this extra info, the 5.0 does a better job on some files, and
worse on others.  It is still a hit or miss thing with any complex
documents that have tables and alike still being largely miss in terms of
a format that makes sense when converted.
