Cynthia D. Waddell whose paper on the web and ADA law was circulated on the net
a couple days ago will be part of this live panel:

The Americans with Disabilities Act and other landmark legislation have had
an enormous impact on all Americans.  Prominent policy makers and legal
experts from advocacy organizations, the corporate sector, academia and
government will join panelists from the substantive panels to discuss
important legislative advancements, the best methods for securing gains
made, and the blueprint that promotes further opportunity in all aspects of
life for persons with disabilities.
