Hello,
I'm looking for information about designing instructional materials for
adults who are blind or have low-vision. My task to come up with a guide to
using a simple aural browser in a public library setting, and to use it to
find DVS videos, and books on tape or cd. Another project will be a similar
guide to using the Internet at the library, and accessing online databases
from the library or from home. We're thinking about information literacy for
adult public library users who are losing their vision.

So far, I've checked NIDRR and ERIC.
