Hello,
   Actually, I don't work in a library but I am an Instructional Specialist
for the materials center for the Special Education Dept. in a district on
about 55,000.
The job requires a great deal of knowledge concerning adaptation and
accessibility.
I am also on the district 504 advisory board that oversees accessibility.  So
you can see that I am "knee deep" involved in the subject.
