EASI HONORS NEW STUDENTS EARNING ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
CERTIFICATE





Equal Access to Software and Information (EASI), a recognized international
leader in the accessible distance learning arena, is proud to announce the
next group of students to earn a certificate in accessible information
technology. "This carries on EASI's tradition to provide quality training
online, with accessibility as the major component," says Norman Coombs, EASI
CEO and professor emeritus Rochester Institute of Technology. "We're really
proud of this new graduating class, and how well they've done. Seeing the
success of our students is very validating, and we wish to honor them
publically." This second graduating class hails from the US, Canada, Mexico,
and Russia, all joined with the common goal of making the world a more
accessible place for persons with disabilities. Below is the list of

EASI courses are accessible for persons with disabilities, and all support
assistive technology. Courses are conducted via email, with course content
located on the world wide web. The following courses can be taken
individually for 3 continuing education credits, or choose a package of five
courses to earn a certificate.

librarians, rehab consultants, computer support staff, Web designers, ADA
compliance officers, Disabled student services staff and service providers.
EASI's instructors are experienced assistive technology specialists with
extensive knowledge in the various areas of accessible information
technology, and courses are appropriate for entry-level as well as advanced
