EASI's Webcast is an interview with Cyndi Rowland from Utah State
University about the WebAIM project to help schools and colleges make web
pages that are accessible to learners with disabilities. The webcast is at:
http://www.rit.edu/~easi and select either the link for the site index or
the link for webcasts.

The Fund for the Improvement of Post Secondary Education has a recent
competition focusing on online learning called LAAP, Learning Anytime
Anywhere Program. Utah State has one of these grants to help other online
learning systems prepare for students with disabilities. WebAIM is just
beginning its second year and is now in full swing. Cyndi describes its
dynamic array of programs and partners. Designers can get help both from
material on the web site or from face-to-face workshops given at Utah State.

EASI and the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Group are two of the WebAim
partners.

EASI also provides online training workshops on web design that run for
four weeks with interaction online with instructors. The next workshop
begins October 30: http://www.rit.edu/~easi/workshop.htm
