Hi again,
So far I've tried Live Person on Microsoft's accessibility narrator, and it works for both the operator and the inquirer (I was both).

I'm operating it right now, and for the next 40 minutes when someone else will log in; we only have one seat at present. If you want to try it out it's the green button on this website:

but you'll have to hurry and of course most of you are probably asleep right now.
